A casual walkthrough of how I process my images through Photoshop starting from the RAW file to the final JPG. Some initial Photoshop knowledge is useful, but I will try and explain my impression of the tools. Using the Curves, Color Balance, and masking tools – I play around with brightness and contrast and (attempt) to explain my process. I have worked as a professional photographer and retoucher for 5+ years and this is the process that I use. Every editor will do things differently – there is no right or wrong! I don’t have a technical background in Photoshop, so you won’t hear the “science” or the “nitty gritty” behind editing – but rather see a practical usage from a working photographer.
