My name is Teri Hofford and I am a boudoir specialist, body image activist, and emotional dominatrix! My studio is in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but I serve… well, the world! I have been doing boudoir for 3 years now and I can’t imagine doing anything else. Though, I consider what I do to be boudoir 2.0 or empowerment photography! I use photography as a way to help women and men fall in love with their bits so they can focus on better things. By being both therapist and photographer, I am able to walk them through the psychological bullshit we put ourselves through when it comes to body image and have them emerge with a stronger understanding of themselves and a feeling of empowerment. Now, I work as a boudoir photographer, but also an educator in the boudoir industry, sharing my thought processes and techniques on the importance of building a community around your why, staying creative, and being an entrepreneur.
