Description

This training includes the learning of more than 100 Autocad commands accompanied by exercises and demonstrations. Following the explanation of 2D commands, an application on a project will be made to properly fix the ideas and commands learned.

The course outline will consist of three parts:

1- Introduction

2- 2D drawings and orders

3- Project

The Introduction will include generalities concerning the interface, the units, the selection modes.

The second part, which constitutes the heart of the course, will include a detailed explanation of more than 100 options and commands offered by autocad. This part will mainly include an explanation of:

1- Basic drawing commands (lines, rectangles, arc, polygon, circle, hatch, pedit, pline, copy, move, dynamic input, polar tracking, fillet, offset, trim, extend, stretch, break, join, text, Mtext , boundary, Ray, xline, fence, chamfer, groups, blend, purge, grips, dynamic block etc …)

2- Explanations of layers and their properties

3- Explanation of blocks and their attributes

4- Dimensions and leaders

5- The ‘design center’

6- Setup manager page

7- Templates

8- The ‘paper space’

9- Viewports – Layouts

The third part will focus on an application of a project in which a wide variety of the commands already explained will be applied. This part will also include an additional explanation of new commands and options that will complement Part 2.

In this course, the terms of the commands are in English to facilitate the learning of the options in English and to make the link with the names in French.
