Illuminated letters are decorated letters and initials that were mostly used by calligraphers in medieval Europe. This class uses a modern approach, combining ancient concepts with the contemporary and relaxing drawing method – Zentangle®.

Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. “Zentangle” is a registered trademark of Zentangle, Inc. (zentangle.com).
