As I painted my way through he last two decades I realise I was attracted to teachers who painted a couple of different subject matters. Although I loved florals I knew that I could learn so much more by painting different genres of subjects. Treatment of shadows and direction of strokes of different subjects teach one the  fluidity and gives the artist the confidence of how to approach a project.

In this class I bring not one project but several. You can work at your own pace and keep coming back to finish your painting.

I would advice my students to draw out all projects and get to painting the first layer in one go ( Let’s Go). And while that dries you can start with the second layer of one and build your way through.
