I am beyond thrilled to be here sharing some of my passion with all of you. Teaching photography has been a dream and goal of mine for quite some time, but finding the right topic always felt very overwhelming. I would always ask myself “what could I bring to the table that hadn’t been said many times before?”. I knew the topic and content would come to me when the time was right!
2020 seemed like a fitting time to break out of my comfort zone. In the midst of a very crazy year, when the world seemed to be crashing down around us, like many creatives, I was struggling to find motivation and inspiration. It’s really difficult to create when you’re feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed, nevermind quarantined in your home with the same people for months! This time forced me to dig deep and find something that gave me a creative spark again. Something that made me want to reach for my camera when it felt really heavy to do so.
